Signs and Symptoms: Pain and stiffness around the neck, upper back, shoulders and sometimes into the arms. Pain with movement, sitting and exercise. The pain can be constant and often cause upper neck/base of skull headaches known as cervicogenic headaches. Pins and needles and/or numbness in the arm. The area could be tender to touch.

We will thoroughly examine your spine, structure and overall alignment. We will assess your joints, discs, nerves and any underlying muscle weaknesses.
Once we pin point the problem(s), we can adjust the spine where there are signs of dysfunction and correct any structural issues. We would advise doing specific exercises to strengthen and rehabilitate any identified weaknesses.
