How We Can Help:
We would examine the spine, muscles, joints and nerves. Once we diagnose and pin point the root of the problem, we can gently adjust the spine and manipulate the muscles to relieve the tension and pain. We would often advise upon specific exercises to strengthen and rehabilitate the spine to keep it as healthy as possible. It is important to avoid as many aggravating factors as possible to reduce known head ache triggers.
