Siobhan Docksey BSc

Siobhan uses deep tissue sports massage, exercise rehabilitation and preventative treatments to help her clients improve long term.

Siobhan understands that each individual is different and therefore believes in a well rounded holistic approach to managing a clients problem.

Siobhan is also qualified in pregnancy massage (a custom pillow allows you to lie on your front, great for lower back pain)

“Outside the clinic my two dogs keep me busy walking in the local countryside, and I also enjoy running, including half and full marathons”.

Alongside sports massage therapy, Liv is also a qualified personal trainer and nutritional coach.

Liv’s passion for health education ties seamlessly with the clinic values for helping people to be the best versions of themselves.

Outside of the clinic Liv is continually trying to expand her knowledge on health, fitness and wellness. She is a true advocate for practicing what she preaches!

Liv, James and their young boy Toby love being active outdoors, exploring and keeping fit together.
